|
If you think you may have some paranormal activity at your property and are concerned, worried or just curious and want answers, then perhaps you would like a paranormal team to investigate.
You can either:
Contact us in strictest confidence with your details and we will pass them on to a reputable paranormal investigative team. This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to email us.
Or contact directly one of the paranormal teams below by clicking on their name:
River Cities Paranormal Society Kansas City
Southeast Kansas Paranormal Investigators
The Wichita Paranormal Research Society
Wichita Paranormal is affiliated to TAPS (The Atlantic Paranormal Society) as seen on SyFy channel's "Ghost Hunters"
A word of Caution
If you are approached directly and unsolicited by a paranormal team, here are a few guidelines:
Before you make a decision, take their phone number and say you will call them back.
Ask them how long they have been established and for details of previous investigations.
If you can call some of their previous clients to check how satisfied they were with the team and methods, even better.
Do they have a business card? There is as yet no such thing as a 'certified' paranormal investigator, there is no recognised professional qualification.
Do they have an official website you can check out? If it has a somewhat frivolous tone or is simply a MySpace or Facebook page, then be rather dubious of their credibility and professionalism.
Are they affiliated with any recognised paranormal networks such as MyPara?
Ask them what they intend to do with the information collected during the investigation (see below).
We know of an instance were an individual pretended to be a paranormal investigator, was allowed into the client's house, proceeded to find all kinds of activity, then posted the 'findings' on a paranormal website. The post was promptly removed when the client reported it to the website administrator.
So please be aware that not everybody who claims to be a reputable paranormal investigator, actually is. |
