Reported Activity Employees have had several personal experiences including: hearing the women’s bathroom door opening on several occasions when there were no visitors present, hearing footsteps down the hallway and in the attic and having the back door unlock on it’s own every day for a week.
One night in 2008 during the last ghost tour of the evening, everybody had left the center and the doors were locked. On returning, it was noticed that the ladies bathroom light had come on.
In 2009 the cleaning lady was alone in the building and reported that when she stopped for a moment to adjust the vacuum cleaner, she felt someone touch her on the back. Quite startled, she turned around to face the main entry door, assuming somebody had sneaked in to play a trick on her, only to find nobody was there.
October, 2010 After a long period of apparent inactivity, the women's bathroom door has been heard opening and closing again when nobody was in there. A banging sound has been reported coming from a wall separating two offices, though only one office was occupied. A doorbell has been heard near the front door by two employees independently yet the center does not have a doorbell, nor does anybody have an alert set up on their computer or cell phone. A printer at the front of the visitor center has been recently starting up its pre-printing routine without human intervention.
